TechCast presented at this DoD Program on National Security

Washington, DC - Thursday, October 11, 2007 - The Program was held at The Elliot School of International Affairs, Washington, DC, and included a large group of two-star generals.

TechCast described its forecasts showing a Technology Revolution was underway, and outlined plans to improve innovation in the Federal bureaucracy to cope with the coming changes.
