Highlights of the TechCast Project were published in the Futurist containing bubble charts for all seven fields, summaries of selected breakthrough analyses, and decade-by-decade scenarios.

Washington, DC - Wednesday, October 11, 2006 - The recent issue of the Futurist has a great article on the TechCast Project.

The article contains bubble charts on all seven fields from the TechCast homepage, plus summaries of 20 or so breakthroughs. This is the third article on TechCast published by the Futurist, and the executive editor, Edward Cornish, called it “the best yet.” The article is derived from Bill Halal’s new book, Technology’s Promise: Expert Knowledge on the Coming Transformation of Business and Society, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2007.
